Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in psychology, nursing, or other related field.
- Rater Qualification Certificate preferred.
- Experience with cognitive assessments as well as mood scales and structured clinical interviews in adults and geriatric populations preferred.
- Ability to interact with and assist all patients and staff members in a professional and culturally competent manner.

SUMMARY:
The Psychometric Rater position plays a significant role in the conduct of clinical trials. We are a high-volume pharmaceutical trial clinic and are looking for someone to join our Screening and Intake Team. You will be responsible for administering and interpreting patient rating scales for clinical trial qualifications and clinical outcomes. All of your ratings and evaluations will have extensive reviews and feedback from pharmaceutical company representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cognitive, diagnostic, and clinical assessments of study participants, as well as caregiver interviews for clinical trials under the direction of a supervising Principal Investigator in accordance to FDA, GCP, and protocol guidelines.
- Follow study specific guidelines for administration of proper scales.
- Ensure subject safety by appropriately assessing and responding to any potential for harm to self or others and reporting it appropriately.
- Respond promptly to questions and feedback regarding rating assessments.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely visit source documentation as well as sponsor required information.
- Other duties as discussed.
