Requirements:
- College graduates preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in customer service, preferably with phone experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to interact with and assist all patients and staff members in a professional and culturally competent manner.

Summary:
As the first point of contact for our clinic, the Recruitment Coordinator holds a pivotal role in shaping the patient experience and supporting the success of the clinical team. We are a high-volume clinic performing up to 50 pharmaceutical clinical trials with a wide range of conditions. Patients self-refer for a study through social media, partners, and other advertisements and word of mouth. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls and messages from current and potential patients and documenting effectively in the portals. Your communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse patient population contribute significantly to the success of the clinical trial experience. Responsibilities:
Front Desk Excellence
- Greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a positive welcoming experience.
- Coordinate transportation logistics and manage the lobby to create a comfortable environment.
Recruitment Support
- Collaborate with Study Coordinators and clinical staff to achieve recruitment goals.
- Communication and participant engagement to convert interest into in-clinic screenings.
- Schedule participant “patient” visits and send reminder calls.
Data Management
- Accurate and timely data entry using databases and other progress tools.
Resource Management
- Inventory and supply checks and ordering
Communication Hub
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Additional Duties
- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
